the Junior Suite I stayed in was gorgeously renovated and spacious, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. the location, although isolated, made for a truly relaxing stay. the hotel's leafy surroundings and pool area were breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond, leaving small gestures like bowls of cherries and floor mats with slippers in the evening. it was the most beautiful place with the best service I've ever experienced.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location, nestled on the slopes of a magnificent mountain, was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed waking up to the stunning views of the surrounding landscape from our spacious and comfortable room. The service from the reception to the housekeeping staff was exceptional, ensuring that our every need was met throughout our stay. The amenities provided, such as the in-room breakfast and the well-equipped fitness center, added an extra level of convenience and comfort to our experience.

We had a great experience during our romantic escape. The stunning views of Mount Etna from the hotel were breathtaking, creating a beautiful backdrop for our stay. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We appreciated the daily program the hotel offered, which guided us to various local sites to visit. the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions was a convenient and thoughtful touch.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The check-in process was a bit slow, as we had to wait for about 30 minutes before being attended to.

The hotel had a breathtaking view of a stunning mountain, which made for a truly picturesque setting. the staff were extremely attentive and provided top-notch service. One of the best aspects was the comfortable bed, which is a rare find in Europe. The hotel also had a warm and inviting main pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

The hotel's location was quite remote, with no nearby bars or restaurants. It was also a bit of a walk to the train station, making transportation options limited.

We had the most beautiful experience at a stylish resort with amazing gardens and a fantastic restaurant. the staff at Donna Carmela Resort & Lodges were incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a bottle of prosecco and fresh fruit for our honeymoon. We felt so spoiled! Despite the hotel being fully booked, it was always peaceful and quiet. the pool always had available beds, and the free minibar was a great extra service. the maid even offered to clean our room twice a day. the breakfast and food at the restaurant were absolutely amazing. We would love to return someday.

Our stay at Donna Carmela Resort & Lodges was worth every penny. The room was absolutely stunning, newly renovated, and spacious, making it one of the best accommodations I've ever experienced. The location, although isolated, added to the overall relaxation of our stay. The staff went above and beyond, providing five-star service that exceeded our expectations.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer a greater variety of options for breakfast.
