Just returned from a delightful stay at Lumen Hotel. The large, beautifully designed bedrooms with a spacious and comfy bed were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bathroom, complete with a refreshing rain shower, added a touch of luxury. The daily housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring a pristine and clean room. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift of delicious pastries upon arrival. The attentive staff and thoughtful details truly made this the best hotel experience.

The room was quiet, with attentive dining room servers. We appreciated the luggage storage and the hotel bar with easily accessible drinks. The master suite was a cocoon of comfort with a cool light show. The hotel is close to public transport, has spacious rooms, and a rooftop pool. The lobby lounge is huge with plenty of comfortable seating. The hotel also offers an environmental-friendly incentive of a 5 euro voucher for skipping room service. The lighting features throughout the hotel are well done.

The amazing corner suite with an enormous terrace, great service, modern interior design, and a delicious breakfast. Receptionists provide helpful dinner suggestions. Free parking is a bonus.

The breakfast was below average with cold, stale fruit and overcooked eggs. the staff were mostly absent-minded and disorganised.

The hotel had a brand new feel and everything was in excellent condition. the location was perfect, being close to multiple metro stations but away from the busy tourist areas. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a powerful shower and plenty of lighting options. the breakfast was delicious and the dining room staff were attentive.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and large mirrors in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of cold and hot dishes. The hotel also features a rooftop pool and a gym for guests to enjoy.

There could be more sun loungers by the rooftop pool.

The location was also great, situated in the center of Lisbon and very close to all the restaurants. We appreciated that the Picoas metro station was very near, making transportation convenient.
