Pool shower didn't work.

I stayed at the Patio Suite for a week with a colleague and we were impressed. The spacious rooms, modern facilities, and good WiFi made it ideal for working remotely. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, providing various areas to relax and work. The pools were quiet and we always found sun loungers. The nearby restaurants and supermarket made self-catering convenient. The friendly staff and enjoyable pool bar added to our positive experience. a great stay and excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a quiet area, nestled between Acoteais and Falesia, was underrated and absolutely lovely. It offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, yet still provided easy access to great bars and restaurants. The beautiful Falesia beach was also just a short distance away.

The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and a fantastic view of the pool from the balcony. The staff at Patio Suite were incredibly helpful and the entertainment manager, Mr Joao "Ketchup," went above and beyond to make our kids' stay exceptional.

Our new year at this hotel was enjoyable. the room was spacious and the breakfast was good. the location was convenient for us as it was close to the beach and supermarkets. We also appreciated the indoor pool and hot tub that provided us with a relaxing time.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, perfect for those who want to rest. the pools are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the lobby and open areas are nicely decorated with modern and comfy furniture. the South pool is especially great, with a lovely pool bar and TVs for entertainment. the breakfast offered at the hotel is superb. the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. a great hotel for young families with lots to do and keep the kids entertained.

The rooms facing the main road can be quite noisy at night, although we still managed to sleep fine. the bed we had was made up of two singles pushed together, which made it a bit too hard.
