The breakfast was exceptional with a well-presented and hot full English spread. The staff were very pleasant and the restaurant was comfortable. The car park deal was a bonus. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and the bed was super comfy.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Hertfordshire. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and close to the tube station. Being centrally located made it easy to explore the shops and attractions in the area. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The food from the room service menu was delicious, so good that we ordered it both nights. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our room was lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and it smelled wonderful. The staff, especially a friendly gentleman named Charlie, provided exceptional customer service. They were all hardworking and kept busy, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to both train stations and convenient for visiting Harry Potter World. The breakfast selection was excellent with piping hot food. We also appreciated the transportation options, as it only took us 16 minutes to reach Central London by train.

The Easter weekend at the hotel was a great experience overall. We enjoyed the complementary chocolates left in our room and the Easter egg hunt that the staff organized. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with many attractions within walking distance. the hotel offered free parking which was a real bonus.

the service was not always reliable, and there were a few mistakes made with our orders. Finally, the room itself needed some updating, particularly the bathroom which was showing its age.

The staff were amazing, especially Laura. She gave us great directions and advice, making our stay much easier. The room was clean, secure, and had reliable Wi-Fi. The breakfast selection was excellent. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was in an ideal location, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and right near the centre of town. The staff were fantastic, always providing great service and making me feel at ease. The room amenities were excellent and I especially loved the air conditioning which was perfect for the hot weather. The dining options were also fantastic with a wonderful breakfast buffet and a great bar/lounge area to relax in.
