We had an amazing stay at Madre De Agua Hotel Rural De Charme! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast, made with farm-fresh ingredients, was delicious and we also enjoyed a fantastic lunch and dinner on the premises. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the valley and the pool. Exploring the farm was a highlight of our trip, interacting with the horses, cats, dogs, sheep, and goats. The location of the hotel, near the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela, provided us with plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable retreat.

It provided a tranquil and picturesque setting for relaxation. I was also delighted to have the opportunity to visit the nearby farm twice during my stay, truly immersing myself in the local culture.

The constant barking from the dogs on the farm may be a minor disturbance for some guests.

This hotel is the perfect spot for a relaxing city break! the hotel has a unique and beautiful setting, surrounded by vineyards and farm animals. the staff is very passionate and welcoming, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. the breakfast was extensive with a range of homemade and locally sourced products. the location was also very convenient, just a short drive away from the city center and the Serra da Estrela.

That the restaurant lacked a variety of vegetarian options on their menu. the dishes were beautifully presented, but lacked flavor.
