The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The bed and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The lack of a bell boy, which meant having to carry heavy bags on my own. there was no room service or water provided in the room, requiring a trip down to the restaurant for food and water.

The hotel is ideally located near vibrant areas with plenty of nice boutiques and bars along the streets. It is also conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The rooftop bar and restaurant offer stunning views and delicious food.

We recently stayed at Mama Shelter in Lisbon and had an incredible experience. It was our fourth visit to the hotel, and it was by far the best. the staff was friendly and attentive, and they even gave us our room at 8am when we arrived early in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised by a promotion that included a free bottle of wine at the restaurant. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food, including natural orange juice and great coffee. the room, although small, was very comfortable and boasted amazing views. the hotel's design is stylish and modern, and the rooftop bar is a must-visit. We enjoyed the excellent food and drinks both at the rooftop bar and the restaurant downstairs. the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city by walking or taking inexpensive Ubers.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and charming boutique shops. The attention to detail is impressive, especially in the rooftop bar where you can enjoy a wide selection of drinks by the glass. The staff provides excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you check in. The rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities you need, including spacious bathrooms. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which is a delightful start to your day.
