The hotel's location was perfect, as it was right in the center of the city and close to shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Lee at the front desk. The room itself was clean, tidy, and had an amazing view. The parking situation was convenient and accessible, with a parking lot only 50m away.

The parking situation is a bit inconvenient, as it is located a short walk away from the hotel.

The view from Avani was absolutely breathtaking. I could spend hours just gazing out at the stunning scenery. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms were modern and well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the theater room. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel's location was perfect since it was close to all the attractions including Chinatown. The staff was exceptional, giving us great customer service while being hospitable and kind every day, especially at the reception desk. We loved the leisure indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and all the other facilities available, including the Wi-Fi.

We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends because of its outstanding amenities, service housekeeping, and more.

I had a fantastic stay in this city! The location was amazing - very close to the shopping districts, the free tram stop, and the Queen Victoria markets. The staff at the hotel were superb, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were big, new, clean, and fully equipped.
