I had an amazing 5 days at Moby Dick Lodge. Genuine and friendly staff, beautiful decor, homely atmosphere, and amazing local food. The surf classes and instructors were top-notch, and the beach Guinco was the best surfing spot I've been to.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The owner was really friendly and helpful. The hotel had a open kitchen and a nice seating area where I could enjoy my meals and relax on the couches. The backyard was spacious and paved, perfect for hanging out. The room I stayed in was large and had a double bed and a bunk bed. The location was central, close to beautiful beaches, Sintra, and Lisbon. The hotel offered breakfast, which was a nice touch. the hotel had a great atmosphere and I felt comfortable and happy throughout my stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they made us feel right at home. We also loved the cozy and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were great for hanging out and relaxing. a great experience!

We did have some issues during our stay. The breakfast service was a letdown as the staff person responsible didn't show up and we had to fend for ourselves.

The terrace allows for enjoyable downtime after surfing, and the fully-equipped kitchen is a bonus. recommendable for a great vacation experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. One of the best things about this place was that they had beach umbrellas available for guests to take with them to the beach. This was a great convenience and saved us from having to buy or rent our own. Additionally, the guesthouse had a spacious backyard with plenty of room to relax and hang out. It was a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring.

The interiors of the guesthouse were a bit outdated and worn. It would have been nice if they were a bit more modern and updated.

We absolutely loved our stay at this awesome surf lodge in Malveira da Serra! The friendly staff made us feel right at home and gave us awesome tips for surfing, as well as recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with beautiful hiking spots and the best surf breaks nearby. The lodge offers almost-private surf classes at group pricing, which was an incredible value. The cozy rooms all have private bathrooms, and there is a fully-equipped kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The lovely terrace provided the perfect place to relax after a long day of surfing. We also had a fantastic BBQ with the other guests on Sunday evening. we highly recommend this lodge for a great surf vacation!

If you're looking for a surfing trip, this is the perfect location and hotel. It's incredibly close to Guincho Beach, which is ideal for early morning classes. Not only that, but it's also conveniently situated near other attractions like Cascais, Sintra, and Lisbon. The hotel itself is cozy and welcoming, with a great host named Paulo who goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. One of the highlights is being able to take affordable surf classes with Paulo's son, Caetano. The hotel has a lovely terrace to relax on and a fully-equipped kitchen. We also had an amazing BBQ together on Sunday evening. I highly recommend this hotel and I'm grateful for the wonderful vacation thanks to Paulo and Caetano.
