The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was cozy and offered stunning views of the coast. The location was great for exploring the surrounding areas. The staff at Aqua Natura Bay were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially in handling my dietary restrictions.

Breakfast choices could have been more varied.

I loved the breathtaking views from the room and the beautiful decoration that made the hotel feel like a cozy home in nature. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was absolutely delicious. The sky pool, although we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the weather, was impressive and I can imagine it would be incredible on a sunny day. the hotel provided excellent quality and was reasonably priced.

The hotel is also conveniently located on public transport routes, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, bright, and modern, with all of them offering a sea view. The staff is welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The buffet breakfast offers a great selection of fresh fruit, breads, meats, and cheeses. The hotel also has leisure facilities, including an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room.

The pillows in the hotel were too hard and flat.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, right across from the aquarium and just steps away from the sea. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff from the maids to the receptionist. We were greeted with a welcome drink and the room amenities were excellent, including an in-room safe and mini-bar. The dining options were great, with a buffet breakfast and a restaurant that served delicious meals. We also loved the leisure facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool and the rooftop pool with stunning views. we had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend it.

Located on the ocean with beautiful views of the sea and coastline, this hotel is in an area sometimes overlooked by tourists on the island. The spacious family rooms have a pleasant interior design, and there is a coffee machine in the room for a nice espresso. The common areas are very nice, and the breakfast buffet offers a good selection.

The WiFi is only available on the ground and first floors, which may be inconvenient for guests on higher floors.

We had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel. the staff was super friendly and helpful, even offering us complimentary hot cocoa and cookies upon arrival. the location was perfect, right by the ocean with stunning views, and we were able to easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We also loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi, which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

That the breakfast buffet was a bit limited in terms of options, but still quite tasty. the hotel did not have its own parking lot, but we were able to find street parking nearby.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Aqua Natura Bay! the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the private carpark to the warm welcome we received at the reception, everything was perfect. Our kids were delighted with the little presents they received, and the adults enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink. the room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. We were even treated to a bottle of champagne and a jar of homemade jam during our stay. the onsite restaurant was lovely, and the breakfast served in the morning was delicious. We also loved the fact that we received a free voucher for the nearby lava pools, where we could easily walk in our hotel robes and take a dip. We highly recommend Aqua Natura Bay for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

our honeymoon at this hotel in porto moniz exceeded all expectations. from the warm and comfortable room with stunning views, to the exquisite half-board dining experience, everything was perfect. special thanks to the cheerful and attentive staff, especially lucia, for making our stay unforgettable.

the staff was extremely polite and helpful. the breakfast had a great selection of hot dishes, bakery items, and jams. In the room, there was reliable WiFi, and the overall cleanliness was perfect. the hotel provided little presents for the kids and a bottle of champagne in the room. the onsite restaurant was nice and fancy, serving a lovely breakfast. there were free access to lava pools nearby, making the stay even more enjoyable.
