I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel tucked away in a peaceful rural setting. The architecture of the building was impressive and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The host, Alexander, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast offered local produce and the choice of eating inside or outside was a nice touch. The hotel also had a lounge area with a bar where I could help myself to drinks. It was the perfect place to relax by the pool or explore the nearby nature reserve and historic villages. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a delightful hotel/bed and breakfast in a rural and tranquil setting. Monte Do Malhao - Art, Eco & Spa exceeded my expectations with its new and architecturally impressive building. The rooms were spacious, featuring large bathrooms, walk-in showers, and balconies made of local stone. The double beds were enormous and incredibly comfortable. The host, who is friendly and knowledgeable, along with their young family, ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lounge area with a bar, TV, and music stereo provided a cozy space to unwind. The breakfast area, both indoors and outdoors, was relaxing, and the breakfast itself was fresh and delicious. The cherry on top was the pool area, perfect for relaxation and quiet moments. Monte Do Malhao - Art, Eco & Spa offered exceptional value for money, providing a 4 or 5-star experience at a 1 or 2-star price.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the festive decorations around the property. the breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruit and pastries available. the views from the rooms were stunning, with hills in the distance and a peaceful atmosphere. the hotel was located within a short drive of the beach and had a pool on-site for guests to use.

The room was not very clean upon arrival, with dirty towels left in the bathroom and a musty smell. the staff was not very helpful when we mentioned these issues.

Good atmosphere, personalized rooms with AC, delicious breakfast with fresh juice and fruits, relaxing pool space.
