The front desk staff were very friendly and provided good advice. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities such as a coffee maker and fridge. The ensuite bathroom was new and had good water pressure. The location of the hotel was convenient, with nearby public transport and interesting sights within walking distance.

The cleaning service was lacking, with superficial cleaning and a cleaning lady who was often on the phone and not very attentive. The bathroom was not cleaned for three days.

It is very close to downtown Prague 3, making it easy to explore the city and visit the old town square. Guests have praised the small but cosy rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff who are available 24/7. The breakfast is nice and the reception is open at all times. There are also facilities like printing services available for guests.

The walls in the hotel are quite thin, so noise from other guests can sometimes be heard.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the tram station and two stops away from the main square. the room was clean and equipped with a kettle and coffee and tea supplies. the staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the area.
