We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious sleeping rooms at Montebelo. The "Palace" part of the hotel had a lot of charm and added to the overall experience. The outdoor pool was a nice touch, although shallow. The bed and pillows provided a comfortable night's sleep.

Although there were a few drawbacks such as the lack of privacy on the balcony and the balcony railings, we believe that privacy screens would greatly improve the situation. Additionally, the first floor bar could benefit from improved service.

We had a fantastic stay at Montebelo. the facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable room and stunning decoration throughout the hotel. the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices and delicious local products like the amazing Ovos Moles. We also enjoyed the pool area, with plenty of chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. the interior pool and spa facilities were a great addition to our stay. the hotel's location, overlooking the lagoon and being close to the ocean and Aveiro town, was perfect. We highly recommend this 5-star hotel for a truly relaxing experience.

Beautiful scenery and great accessibility to nearby attractions. Room was spacious and had nice touches. Loved the homemade cookies and tea offered upon arrival. the continental breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed having it in bed.

The lobby felt too cold and impersonal. Staff wasn't very attentive, didn't even bother to acknowledge our celebration despite mentioning it beforehand.

This hotel offers luxurious facilities with exclusive amenities that did not disappoint. the staff provided exceptional service with personalized attention and were attentive to my needs. the Spa & wellness centre provided a tranquil atmosphere with a variety of relaxing treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. I enjoyed unwinding in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. The sun terrace was the perfect spot to take in stunning views while sipping on refreshing drinks from the bar. Cons: the only minor issue I experienced was slow Wi-Fi connection. the hotel's other aspects more than made up for this small inconvenience.

the breakfast was fantastic, the room size and decoration were great, and the hotel had an amazing view over the pool and the Ria.
