The location was perfect, close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Plenty of Shisha cafes nearby. Hafiz desserts right beside. Madina Restaurant was nearby. Triple room size was great. Extremely helpful staff.

The hotel has an excellent location in Taksim Square, with friendly staff who speak English. The check-in process was smooth, even though we arrived late at night, and they had reserved three rooms for us. The check-out process was also quick, and they stored our luggage until our late flight. The reception staff, Denise and Manen Hanfi, were incredibly helpful. Vaisar, the restaurant staff, and his assistant Batoul, were sweet and friendly. The hotel offers daily cleaning, complimentary water bottles, and even surprised us with a fruit basket as a gift. The water and air conditioning in the room were excellent. There is a safe box, fridge, and a closed terrace for dining. There is also a café at the ground floor where breakfast is offered. They provide a convenient shuttle transfer to the airport for only $8 per person. I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Clean hotel with well-presented rooms. Close to the center and good value for money. Brilliant service from all the hotel staff. Special thanks to Hakki, Ali, Hanifi, Veysel, and Seqil. Good breakfast with friendly and communicative staff members in the cafe, especially Veysel. Perfect location close to Istiklal Caddesi and the metro station.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints at all.
