The hostel had a super comfy bed, secure locks on the drawers, and friendly roommates. The small but comfy room was great even when fully occupied. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant had good quality and tasty food, although a bit pricey. I loved the convenient storage option, allowing me to explore without carrying all my luggage. excellent staff and cleanliness.

I had a fantastic stay at a hostel in Sintra. The breakfast was a delight, with freshly baked goods every morning that added a special touch to start the day. The common room areas were spacious and inviting, perfect for meeting fellow travelers. The location of the hostel was also great, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful city.

One thing that was a bit disappointing was the lack of soap and amenities in the bathroom. It made the shower experience less comfortable and inconvenient.

We stayed one night at a cozy and clean hostel in a convenient location. the 4-bed dorm was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable. the attached restaurant served a delicious burger for dinner and a nice breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided amenities like hair dryers upon request. the overall vintage look of the hostel added to its pleasant atmosphere. They also offered luggage storage after checkout, allowing us to explore more of the area before continuing our travels.

The room was incredibly comfortable and the shower was great, providing a refreshing start to the day. the breakfast offered at the attached café was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including tea, coffee, fruits, and pastries. - the location of the hostel was ideal, situated near numerous restaurants, small shops, and cafes. - We enjoyed spending time on the spacious terraces in the evening, taking in the pleasant atmosphere. - the price of the accommodation was very reasonable, allowing us to travel comfortably on a limited budget.

The 4-bed rooms were quite small, making it difficult to move around with more than two people in the room. Some of the luggage compartments were not functioning properly, which was a slight inconvenience.

We had an amazing experience at Moon Hill Hostel. Pedro made excellent recommendations for places to visit, including Quinta da Regaleira which left us amazed. the hostel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the city center. the room we stayed in, a 4-mixed bedroom, was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. the hot water with good pressure was a plus. the entire hostel is situated in a wonderful place, surrounded by historical buildings, and offers stunning views of the Moor Castle and Palacio da Pena from the patio. the lobby, patio, and rooms exceeded our expectations and looked even better than in the photos. We couldn't resist trying the onsite restaurant, Caldo Empanado, and were blown away by the delicious meals they served. Keep up the good work, Moon Hill Hostel!

Although we didn't experience this personally, we noticed that some guests mentioned a lack of clear signage for recycling bins throughout the building. It would be beneficial for both the environment and guests if recycling bins were readily identifiable and conveniently located.
