I had the pleasure of staying at Neya and was blown away by the beautiful mix of modern and old architecture. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the river. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. I also loved the rooftop bar, where I enjoyed a few drinks while taking in the breathtaking views. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. To top it off, the hotel surprised me with a plate of delicious custard tarts and a bottle of water, a delightful welcome gesture.

We recently stayed at a practically brand new hotel in Porto and had a fantastic experience. the young and enthusiastic staff at Neya were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. the hotel has a clean and natural design with stylish common spaces. Our room had a stunning view of the river, which we wouldn't trade for a view of the old town. Despite initially feeling a bit remote, the location was still convenient for exploring Porto's historical center and beach. the hotel even provided bikes for us to use. We were able to work remotely in the peaceful inner church garden and on the rooftop, thanks to the stable wifi connection. the breakfast was abundant and delicious.

We had a fantastic weekend! the rooftop bar served delicious drinks and the breakfast was a treat. We also found the beds comfy and the rooms to be spotless. Plus, the location was perfect, within walking distance of the historic center and with great views of the city.

Despite these issues, we still had a great time and would consider staying again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it completely exceeded our expectations. The location is great, with beautiful views over the river and a short distance from the city center. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the front office staff to the housekeeping maids and restaurant staff. The service was top-notch and they made us feel very welcome.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the bridge area and central Porto. It offers a lovely view from the rooftop bar/restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast has plenty of options for both adults and children.

The rooftop staff seemed to be shorthanded and could have used more help.

The rooms at Neya Porto Hotel were clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had a nice light. We especially loved the views from our room and the breakfast room. The hotel is conveniently located near the river and within walking distance of the historic center. The English spoken by the staff was excellent. They even had a shiatsu massage cushion, which my husband found extremely helpful for his sore back and feet. our stay at Neya Porto Hotel was enjoyable and we would recommend it.

Nothing, everything was great.

Located very close to Alfandega congress center, next to the river, the hotel offers stunning views of the river from some rooms. The rooms are spacious, equipped with air conditioning, coffee making machines, and complimentary water. The staff is friendly and leaves welcome treats like Portuguese custard tarts in the rooms. The hotel also has a rooftop bar on the 5th floor, perfect for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset.

Limited options for parking, especially on weekends or bank holidays.

24-hour check-in worked well for our delayed flight. Clean and comfortable bed with a lovely garden view. Friendly and courteous staff who accommodated our luggage storage request. Convenient business room near reception for meetings. The rooftop bar on the 5th floor had a lovely view and great cocktails. Excellent breakfast and convenient late check-out time of 12 o'clock. Convenient access to bus and tram outside the hotel. Walkable distance along the Duoro to Ribeira

The hotel's location by the river provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is within a 15-20 minute walk to the Riberia district and about 30 minutes to cross over the river. The sky bar offers stunning views and is open until midnight on weekdays and 1am on weekends. The room is modern, spacious, and comfortable with nice touches like pastries and a welcome note. There is also an internal courtyard area for relaxation. Breakfast is plentiful and the staff are helpful and attentive.
