The hotel is located right in the middle of everything but is surprisingly quiet inside, thanks to excellent glazing. It offers easy access to the metro and is in a very central area. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, even offering pastel de nata and port upon arrival. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast buffet is tasty and there is even a complementary custard tart and wine when checking in.

L'emplacement est idéal, presque au centre-ville, ce qui nous a permis de visiter cette ville à pied. De plus, la présence d'un parking sur place est un avantage considérable. Le personnel était très accueillant et aux petits soins, répondant patiemment à toutes nos demandes. Ce qui nous a également plu, c'est la propreté de l'établissement, ainsi que les équipements de la chambre, notamment la cuisine bien équipée et la climatisation fonctionnelle dès notre arrivée.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Nicola for a few days. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, greeting us with lovely pastel de natas and port wine on our arrival. They even organised a surprise cake, candles, and a personal card for my partner's birthday. The room and bathroom were on the smaller side but clean and well presented with a lovely view of the castle. The hotel is in a central location with easy access to all of Lisbon's main tourist sites. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we loved having an espresso machine in the bedroom with unlimited complimentary coffee capsules. a welcoming and comfortable stay.
