stayed at a neat, character-filled building in NOLA before, but this budget stay at a newly-renovated studio surpassed expectations! Spacious room, comfy beds, and great local eateries nearby. Loved the prompt response to our issues and the easy access to transportation.

the location was unbeatable, with easy access to downtown and the French Quarter via the nearby trolley. Our room, 104, was spacious and comfortable, with big windows and a king-size bed. the basic kitchenette and large screen TV with Hulu and Netflix were great amenities, even though we didn't use them. the room was very clean, and the lock key passcodes made it easy to access. it felt like a home away from home.

The accommodation was great with larger rooms and comfortable beds. The location was very convenient with the streetcar line right outside. We loved exploring the cemeteries, French Quarter, and Garden District using the Jazzy Pass. Halloween was amazing and we didn't have to drive anywhere. The house had a quiet atmosphere and a lovely seating area on the porch. The amenities included free laundry, a cold mini fridge, a full coffee setup, and Netflix on the TV. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I got great value for my money with a cozy and clean room that had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and a beautiful city park nearby. The staff at the hotel, managed by Hosteeva, were responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom, perfect for a short stay. The location was great, with easy access to the trolley and local food spots, as well as being close to museums and parks. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and always being available to answer questions.

The only thing that could have made our stay better is more breakfast items.

It is well located and conveniently situated right next to a tram stop, making it easy to reach downtown. the surroundings were quiet and safe, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the trolley car line that took us downtown in no time. It was also conveniently located close to popular areas like Hennesy and Canal, making it easy to explore Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options nearby, including a delicious breakfast place called Katie's.

Although the room itself was comfortable, there were a few downsides to our stay. the property manager could have provided better service.
