The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is a long walk to a decent supermarket and the beach. However, it is conveniently close to all the restaurants and supermarkets, making dining out and grocery shopping easy. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. There are also toys and a pool table for children to enjoy. the hotel offers decent facilities and a convenient location for dining and shopping.

The deposit required at check-in was excessive, and the way it was demanded left a negative impression.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful apartment complex for a business trip. The location was ideal, with convenient shuttle services provided four times a day. It was incredibly handy to have all the wonderful restaurants and supermarkets within close proximity. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering excellent service and even organizing daily stretching and yoga classes, led by the amazing Sandra. The room itself was clean and well-appointed, providing a homely atmosphere. Although I must admit, the outdated decor and slightly uncomfortable bed were a minor downside. Nonetheless, this was easily overlooked thanks to the many advantages and facilities offered. However, it's unfortunate that there was a mix-up with the late check-out request, causing a bit of inconvenience and confusion. my experience was positive and I would highly recommend this accommodation for a business stay.

This hotel was great as a little out of the way, which meant it was usually quiet. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very nice, with beautiful surroundings. We never had any problems getting a sunbed by the pool, which was a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Novochoro! The swimming pool was clean, the apartment was spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our kids loved the pool and there were plenty of toys and a pool table for them to play with. The hotel bar had everything we needed and the short distance to the town centre and Lidl was very convenient. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend Novochoro to anyone looking for a fab find in a peaceful setting not too far from the buzz of the area.

Perfect for families with children, as there were toys and a pool table available. The hotel bar had all the essentials. Convenient location close to town center and a Lidl supermarket. a fabulous find that we would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience during my New Year's stay. Loved the quiet location and spacious apartments with good balconies. The pool area was nice and usually quiet, with plenty of sunbeds available. The staff at reception and the bar were helpful and accommodating. The food at the bar was delicious and reasonably priced.

There were a few negative aspects to note. The shuttle option was only available for an additional cost, which was a bit disappointing compared to other offers.

Great value for money, with a spacious and well-equipped apartment that exceeded expectations. The clean swimming pool was fantastic, and the staff, especially Martina, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with a client bus and Martina's drop-offs to the Old Town or Strip. Don't miss Oura Beach, it's much better than the beach in the Old Town.
