I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities and even a new baby cot. The daily room service kept everything clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was great, with different options each day. The hotel's location was very convenient, being right next to the MRT station and within walking distance of the Huashan 1914 Creative Park. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The room I stayed in at Hotel Cozzi was spacious, clean, and had a great view. I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome gift waiting for me upon check-in. During our city trip, we stayed in a hotel that was easy to find and very conveniently located close to the MRT. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

We did have a minor issue with our room as it had a damp smell that lingered despite the use of an air purifier. the carpet in the room was older and slightly worn, which was a bit of a disappointment.

The location was convenient, just a short walk or one MRT stop away from the central station. the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by this hotel made it a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

Loved the modern and clean rooms, they were spacious and had comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and provided good customer service. the location was perfect, with a Starbucks nearby and being very close to the High Speed Rail station and the MRT. One of the best aspects was how baby-friendly the hotel was, providing a bottle sterilizer and heater for our little one. They even decorated the baby's cot with a cute Peter Rabbit bedset.

There were a couple of downsides. the breakfast options were limited, especially for those looking for Western options.
