I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a Nespresso machine. The cleaning service was excellent, and the room felt clean every day. The hotel had a variety of TV channels and the option to cast from my phone. Additionally, the hotel allowed us to have a late checkout when one of our group members fell ill, without any extra charge.

During my xmas stay, the two complementary facts offered were a bar fridge in the room and easy walking distance to all the main sights in the city, which was fantastic. the location was super convenient, with a main square just a short walk away and great access to public transport.

My experience at this hotel was not great. the rooms were not soundproofed at all and we could hear everything from the outside noise to other guest's conversations.
