Incredible proximity to the beach comfy beds and friendly service make this the ideal spot for relaxation. Breakfast with a fantastic beach view was a lovely way to start the day.

The rooms may feel too basic with only lukewarm water available and noise from outside can be disturbing in the early hours, which may disrupt light sleepers.

Facilities need updating!!! Cracked tiles, stains on walls, and old bathroom doors that slam shut!!! Cold showers were a surprise, and the noise from roosters at 5am was unbearable!!! Overall, more attention to details would enhance the experience!!!

the location of m&m beach house is perfect, right across from the beach. you can walk over and enjoy the ocean in no time. the free breakfast was pretty good too, and if you miss it, the price is very reasonable. i loved the clay and coffee-colored pools that have hot volcanic water, they’re such a nice touch!

The cleanliness could use some improvement. my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay.

the location is super close to the beach, just steps away! breakfast was delish with lots of options too. loved chillin in the hammocks and the vibe around the whole place is real laid back. room was basic but comfy, and the private bathroom was a plus. had a great time watching the sunset from the balcony.

the shower didn't have hot water and it got a bit noisy at night with outside sounds. pillows were kinda thin too.

I stayed for two days near the beach and found the place very convenient for my adventures. The breakfast was one highlight, as I enjoyed it every morning on the upstairs deck while taking in the ocean view. I even used their transportation service from the airport, which made everything smooth. Everything was clean and basic, just what I needed as a single traveler. I would return without hesitation.
