Beautifully located remote lakeshore, clean and cosy room, friendly and kind reception, lovely and wise dogs, peaceful and quiet location.

Nothing everything was great.

Rooms with stunning lake views and cool furnishings. Relaxing garden with multiple spots for leisure activities including kayaking and yoga. Meals are simple yet elegant, fostering engaging conversations between diverse guests. A secluded oasis that immerses guests in nature.

The natural surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. the view of the tranquil lake was mesmerizing and relaxing. the staff was helpful and friendly, always smiling and offering assistance. the meals offered some vegetarian options, which was a nice surprise. the homemade bread was delicious and fresh.

The location was too remote and difficult to reach without a car. the rooms were small and not well-insulated, making it difficult to sleep at night.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area of Portugal. The breathtaking view onto the lake from the rooms is absolutely stunning. The owners truly make you feel at home with their hospitality and attention to detail. The delicious food served by Daniela is a real treat that shouldn't be missed. The bird watching tours led by Frank are a must-do, his passion and knowledge are truly impressive.

I stayed at a wonderful lakeside hotel where I woke up to birdsong and enjoyed delicious dinners. The location was high up on a hill above the lake, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and the en suite bathrooms were clean. The service was excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable hosts. The breakfast was plentiful and I loved enjoying it while taking in the beautiful view of the lake. the hotel provided water sports equipment, allowing guests to explore the lake in boats.

It is worth mentioning that the hotel may not be suitable for elderly travelers or those with mobility issues due to the considerable descent to the lake shore.
