The room is nicely designed and quite spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Approximately 10 minutes walk to the BTS station. Several convenience shops are just around the corner.

Felt really like home, no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, slightly out of the popular places but still conveniently located in a little alleyway. The hotel offers excellent service, with room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service for any needs we had. The staff provided us with the best service, always giving us excellent advice and service with a good smile. The hotel also offers great amenities such as a restaurant, bar/lounge area, buffet breakfast, and a spa & wellness center. We enjoyed the sauna and the facilities were top-notch. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the on-site car park was very convenient. The staff was available 24/7 for any inquiries and provided great customer service.

This hotel is not recommended for families.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at Kay's café offers delicious options. Guests also have the advantage of enjoying street food vendors near the hotel.

The hotel does not have a lift, so guests may need to climb stairs to reach their rooms.

The breakfast was good value for money, with a variety of food options available. the hotel was located in a safe area and was easily accessible via public transport.

The wifi was very unreliable, making it difficult to connect and stay connected. the beds were also quite uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
