The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the Old Town, central Funchal, and the bus station. Additionally, the hotel was near the popular restaurant areas and the farmers market, which made exploring the local food scene a breeze.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to restaurants and shops in the heart of the city center. It was also conveniently located near the cable car that takes you up to Monte mountain, offering fantastic views of the city. The room and bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The friendly and helpful service from the hosts was also noteworthy, as they went out of their way to provide information and assistance to guests. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options to start the day off right. the rooms on the upper floor had a wonderful view of Funchal, the marina, and the ocean, which added to the overall positive experience.

That the mattress was a bit too hard for my personal preference.

During my stay at Mirasol, I was impressed by the warm welcome I received from the hosts. They were incredibly helpful and provided us with lots of useful information about the local area. The historical home itself was beautiful, with fresh flower arrangements showcased throughout. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a great view. The location in the old part of the city was ideal, as it was within walking distance of everything. Additionally, the owners offered safe, free parking, which is a rarity in Funchal. I had a wonderful experience at Mirasol and would definitely recommend it.

They provided great recommendations for tours, transportation, and local restaurants. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and a variety of dining options nearby. The cleanliness and attention to detail, including natural flowers in the rooms, made me feel right at home.

Plus, the breakfast was delicious and included a selection of eggs or meat and cheese. the hotel was definitely worth the price.

The hotel was located on a busy street and the noise from the street was quite loud during the night. the bathrooms were quite small, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
