The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable with a lovely garden view terrace. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained with quiet areas to relax in. The old palace section of the hotel was grand and beautifully decorated.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing spa facilities, always available. Surprising picnic buffet, with sushi chef. Beds are pleasantly firm. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bar kitchen serves delicious food with live piano music.

We got excellent value for our money at this beautiful and refined hotel. The room was stunning, and the location was perfect - quiet neighborhood but close to central Lisbon. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially considering we didn't speak Portuguese.

The breakfast options could use improvement, but there is a fantastic restaurant/bar area nearby called LX Factory that I highly recommend.

This hotel was exactly what I wanted. Excellent all-round! The hotel facilities were top-notch, with excellent child-friendly outdoor and indoor pools. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the decor and ambiance were magnificent - a photographer's dream! The location in a charming upmarket neighborhood on the hill above Belem was perfect. I loved that it was close enough to walk to Belem along the embankment, and also conveniently located near Belém or Alcântara station. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and attentive, always providing excellent service with bright smiles.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating to match the modern boutique hotel style. the lack of overhead lighting made the rooms feel dark, and the corridors' crookedly hung artwork was comical.
