We got excellent value for our money at this beautiful and refined hotel. The room was stunning, and the location was perfect - quiet neighborhood but close to central Lisbon. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially considering we didn't speak Portuguese.

The breakfast options could use improvement, but there is a fantastic restaurant/bar area nearby called LX Factory that I highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Pestana Palace for a week-long vacation and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's unique setting, resembling a museum, made our stay truly memorable. We had the opportunity to explore various shared spaces, including a beautiful garden and an old chapel, which made us feel like we were staying in the entire establishment. The staff, especially Pedro, were incredibly attentive and made our experience unforgettable. The facilities, from the gym to the pools, were top-notch, creating a truly 6-star hotel experience.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the decor and ambiance were magnificent - a photographer's dream! The location in a charming upmarket neighborhood on the hill above Belem was perfect. I loved that it was close enough to walk to Belem along the embankment, and also conveniently located near Belém or Alcântara station. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and attentive, always providing excellent service with bright smiles.
