The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They made the check-in process effortless and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its convenient location. It was easy to access and located in a great area for exploring the surrounding counties in Georgia. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast menu offered a great variety of options, which was a pleasant surprise. the number of towels provided in the room was also a plus.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the bedding in the room was below the standard we were accustomed to at similar hotels.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel! They had a wide variety of fresh food options, and everything was delicious. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure to refill the breakfast items even when I arrived close to the cut-off time. the quality of the breakfast was exceptional, and they even offered to-go options. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel staff epitomized Southern hospitality, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay.

The bedding at the hotel was below standard. the beds were too hard and uncomfortable, causing me back pain.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The rooms were nice and clean, although the beds and pillows were a bit average. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to many restaurants and within a reasonable driving distance to Helen, GA and the nearby waterfalls. I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, with a good selection of warm and cold food for breakfast.

The only minor issue I had was that the hotel could use a little freshening up, as it smelled a bit musty. However, the rooms were spacious and clean, so it wasn't a big problem.

I had the best breakfast experience at this hotel! The breakfast spread was always fully stocked even up until the 10am cut off. The quality of the food, especially the eggs and sausage, was superior to other hotels. The staff, including a kind mom who made sure to serve fresh food and didn't clear away until I was finished, epitomized Southern hospitality. The entire staff, from Kendra and Tammy to the manager Tracy, were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were clean and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The location was convenient, especially since many motels in nearby Helen GA were sold out or expensive.

Our family had an amazing stay in a hotel close to North Georgia mountains and Tallulah falls. We loved the convenient location that allowed us to easily access various activities such as hiking. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family of four. The staff was exceptional in providing excellent service and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Furthermore, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast that included various options, such as hot and cold items. We also appreciated the beautiful view from our room and the availability of amenities like a gym and a pool.

The hotel could benefit from addressing the slipperiness of the bathroom tubs, which could pose a hazard for guests, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
