The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They made the check-in process effortless and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its convenient location. It was easy to access and located in a great area for exploring the surrounding counties in Georgia. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast menu offered a great variety of options, which was a pleasant surprise. the number of towels provided in the room was also a plus.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the bedding in the room was below the standard we were accustomed to at similar hotels.

The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family of four. The staff was exceptional in providing excellent service and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Furthermore, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast that included various options, such as hot and cold items. We also appreciated the beautiful view from our room and the availability of amenities like a gym and a pool.

The hotel could benefit from addressing the slipperiness of the bathroom tubs, which could pose a hazard for guests, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The rooms with 2 beds were kept very clean, and the location was perfect for our hiking trips in Tallulah Falls. The attention to detail in the breakfast prep and presentation was impressive. great value for money!
