We stayed at this luxurious hotel both before and after our cruise. The staff, especially Anna, was friendly and efficient, making us feel warmly welcomed. The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, and we loved everything about the hotel. The location, although a bit tricky to access, provided a magnificent river view from the bar and breakfast room. The hotel is also conveniently located near the riverfront, where we could wander and enjoy the numerous good restaurants in the area. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be back!

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the river. We loved being able to see the activities on the Douro even in January. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the main square and with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Additionally, being able to easily explore both Porto and Gaia was a major advantage.

The downstairs bar attached to the hotel was quite slow in service and got our order wrong. We also heard from other guests that the breakfast service was slow, so we didn't risk it.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, right on the river and in the heart of all the action. The view of the bridge and street below was stunning. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a kitchen and sitting area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the amenities like the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms. my stay here was fantastic.
