Nothing to dislike.

The included breakfast was a nice touch, offering a decent variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient, being just a short distance from the beach. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff who were always willing to help and even ordered taxis for us.

There were a few aspects that weren't up to par. The view from our room was quite unappealing, overlooking the neighboring building's toilet.

The pool was also a great feature, perfect for cooling off on hot days. the hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

The noise level, particularly if your room faced the street. It could get quite noisy at times, which made it difficult to sleep.

My only issue with the hotel was the noise level at night. There was a lot of shouting and music blasting from surrounding hotels, which sometimes made it challenging to sleep. However, overall it was a pleasant experience and I would consider staying there again.

our recent stay in el arenal was superb, and alea made it even better. the hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the food selection was delicious. the location was ideal, close to mini markets and souvenir shops, with a beautiful forest bordering the hotel. having a pool and bar on-site was a bonus.
