The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities, such as the rooftop lounge and indoor pool, were fantastic and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The location of this hotel, just off of Liberdade, was ideal as it was surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and had easy access to transportation.

We stayed in a great location, close to the metro which was easy to navigate. Our accommodation was in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was well-designed, with a comfortable bed and excellent breakfast selection. We enjoyed using the spa and rooftop pool, and the concierge was very helpful with recommendations for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and cake for a birthday celebration.

Our only issue was the higher prices at the hotel bar and restaurant compared to other places in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was over helpful and extremely friendly, from check-in to check-out. The hotel was very clean and roomy, perfect for our family. The location was super helpful, with views of the city and close to other family members. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. We also appreciated the fast internet and friendly front desk staff.

This hotel was a luxurious and comfortable stay. The exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage were outstanding. The spa centre offered a full body massage, facial, pedicure, and head massage. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather. The room advantages included private facilities, a snack bar, and special diet menus. The location was great for exploring the city.

Although this hotel exceeded my expectations, there was one minor issue I encountered. The in-room breakfast was not as desirable as the hotel restaurant.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to downtown shops, bars, restaurants. It is also less than 20 minutes away from the airport by taxi. The room was extremely comfortable, with a balcony and a luxurious rainfall and free-standing shower. The hotel provides complimentary water daily, and the hygiene levels are superb. The staff are wonderful and provide exceptional service. The spa facilities are top-notch, offering a range of treatments and a relaxing swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of options, including pastries, continental dishes, cooked breakfast. The food quality in the restaurant and through room service is also delicious and satisfying.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from the main attractions, yet tucked away from the noise and commotion of the city center. The nearby metro station made getting around a breeze. The bedroom itself was luxurious, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a fabulous selection, including options for vegetarians and vegans like myself. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was special and memorable. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Great location in the heart of the city, walking distance to shopping areas and historic neighborhoods. We appreciated the complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs left in our room, as well as the free breakfast provided. the rooftop bar had a nice view of the city and good cocktails.

The hotel was noisy due to construction work nearby which started early in the morning. some of the staff were unhelpful and uninterested in assisting us.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. The location, just off the main Avenue Liberdade, was perfect as it was quieter and away from the city center's hustle and bustle.
