Convenient location just a couple of minutes from a UBahn station and a short walk to Marienplatz and Old Town. The breakfast option was good value with a variety of breads, cheeses, and cold meats. The rooms were comfortable and noise wasn't an issue. The staff were friendly and appreciated our attempts to speak German. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Altmunchen By Blattl! the hotel's excellent location in the heart of Munich made it so convenient for exploring the city and it was just a short walk from the central railway station. the hosts were incredibly hospitable, funny, and helpful, ensuring we had a great experience. Although the room was a bit outdated, it was clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. We highly recommend adding on the breakfast for an additional 8 euros - it was definitely worth it! Plus, just a stone's throw away was Kennedy's Irish Bar, a highly recommended spot.

I recently stayed at Hotel Altmunchen By Blattl for a few days and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, being right on the edge of Alstadt Munich. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was clean, large, and cheerfully decorated. The staff, especially the woman at the receptionist desk, were helpful and kind. The hotel also had a bar with a good selection of alcohol, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!
