The bar service at the hotel can be inconsistent, with guests sometimes having to go out of their way to find a staff member to assist them.

The hotel had a stunning view of the reservoir, which was even more beautiful during the sunrise and sunset. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby park and natural beauty. We also loved that there was a private balcony in our room, perfect for enjoying a cup of morning coffee.

The lighting in the room and corridor could have been better, as it was a bit dark. the price of the hotel was a bit steep compared to other options in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views over the Geres national park. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, taking in the beautiful surroundings and enjoying our drinks. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with all the amenities we needed such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff were excellent, providing top-notch service from room service to housekeeping. We were even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival! The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, making it convenient for exploring the area.

Beautiful mountains and lakes nearby, with beach activities just a short drive away. Typical Portuguese restaurant nearby, but limited food options at the hotel during certain hours. Bom Jesus do Monte is the main attraction in the area. Outstanding panoramic view and helpful personnel. Old-fashioned tranquility, excellent cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.
