The hotel has unique and beautiful architecture, fantastic indoor and outdoor sitting spaces, and offers lots of walking opportunities on the property. The views overlooking the town of Guimaraes are incredible, and the hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The breakfast buffet is generous and delicious, offering a variety of options to start your day off right. In addition, the hotel has a beautiful pool for guests to enjoy.

One small drawback is that the hotel can be a bit hard to find, especially if you're not familiar with the area. However, once you arrive, the experience is well worth it.

I recently stayed in a unique hotel located on a hill outside of town. It was a converted monastery, with wide corridors and high arched ceilings. My room had a lovely view overlooking the city, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel also had a pool with a great view and a pleasant children's room with reliable Wi-Fi.

The hotel lacked a bar during the day and the church attached to it was only open on weekends.

pousada mosteiro de surpassed expectations during our stay. the property was breathtaking with beautiful gardens and a stunning view. the rooms were modern and comfortable, while the dining room and wine selection were truly grand. we enjoyed the art exhibit and had a lovely time lounging by the pool. a truly memorable experience.

Slow service in the restaurant.

We loved the beautiful furnishing and antiques in the grand salon areas. The breakfast buffet had a vast array of choices. The gardens were a perfect spot for our children to enjoy and explore.

We felt like royalty during our stay, with the staff always going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Complementary chocolates on arrival and free shuttle bus to town center every day! Rooms were clean and had nice views over the valley.

The food was average and overpriced, even for the festive season. There was no atmosphere in the restaurant, and the service was blunt.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hilltop pousada with beautiful views. The spacious rooms were well-appointed, and the pool and gardens were delightful. Dining in the pousada was a highlight, with delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The garden area was stunning, with ample sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The outdoor swimming pool provided a relaxing and refreshing dip. The service was impeccable, with helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast and great bar/lounge area.

The only negative aspect we found was that the massage service was fully booked during our stay, which was a minor disappointment.
