We had the most wonderful stay at this place. The location is simply ideal for exploring the city on foot and we were especially thrilled that the beautiful botanical garden was so close by. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Metro, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city. Additionally, we were just a short 2-minute walk away from the vibrant Bairro Alto and the stunning Principe Real viewpoint.

The breakfast in the morning was mind-blowingly delicious, with a jaw-dropping variety of options and even Nespresso coffee. Our suite was incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing the perfect stay. Plus, we were lucky enough to snag a free parking spot right outside. The fan in our room was surprisingly effective at keeping us cool without needing to open the windows and the noise from the traffic was minimal when they were closed.

The beautiful botanical garden was just a short stroll away. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from.

The TV had limited English channels.

Spacious rooms with the most comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a good selection, and the highlight for me were the Pastel de Nates. The location is great, close to bars, restaurants, and the Museum of Port. The staff were very helpful in quickly addressing any issues that arose. I had an enjoyable stay at Principe Real. I would definitely recommend it.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were highly impressed by our experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection and was brought fresh to our table each morning. We also appreciated the little touch of tea and cake left in our room in the afternoon, even though the water could have been hotter. However, when we requested milk, the reception quickly provided a jug. The location of this hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance of the city center, although it is situated on a steep hill.

The comfortable hotel in Principe Real had a very good breakfast with lots of choice and friendly staff. the location was convenient, although it required some climbing. the staff provided great assistance and even upgraded us to a suite with a view of the beautiful city. the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. it was a pleasant stay with attentive and supportive staff, making our experience enjoyable.
