The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of options available. The value for money was unbeatable. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and with excellent transport connections nearby. During our stay at Best Western Hotel Moran, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast selection. The fresh fruit, cereals, and hot dishes, along with the wide choice of bread and pastries, made for a delightful start to our day. The variety of teas and coffee available were also a great addition. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with excellent links to the airport via the metro and within walking distance of most major attractions. We also appreciated the quiet location near the riverside and the opportunity to explore some fantastic local restaurants. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was amazing, just a stone's throw away from the city center. It was so convenient to explore the nearby attractions, with trams and the subway right around the corner. I also appreciated the close proximity to a small convenience store for any last-minute needs. The staff here were exceptional, especially JIRÍ and THOMAS from the reception. They provided outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. I cannot thank them enough for their helpfulness and kindness.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, close to the city center and the historic center along the river. It's incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting to-and-from the central station. The room was small, but clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-maintained and spotless. The service was friendly, with the breakfast staff doing a great job of keeping the tables clean and the food items filled. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold items, including eggs, bacon, fresh fruit. A coffee machine in the room was a pleasant surprise and a convenient perk for coffee lovers.

Had an amazing New Year's getaway in a hotel near the old square. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of having a tram station just a few steps away. Breakfast was great and had many options, plus the staff were awesome. Parking was also a breeze since they had a private lot. a highly recommended hotel for its cleanliness, location, and service.

Had a bad experience with some of the staff who were a bit rude and untruthful. the elevator door needs to be fixed as it closes too quickly and causes accidents.
