There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is nestled in the picturesque setting of the Douro valley, surrounded by extensive vineyards. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the hills from their balcony and relax in the spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom is stylishly designed, with a chic black theme and a luxurious bathtub. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Guests can also take advantage of facilities such as the cozy living room with a large fireplace and the outdoor swimming pool.

The greeting from the staff upon arrival was not as warm and professional as expected.

My stay at this stunning hotel in the Douro Valley was truly unforgettable. The picturesque setting amidst the vineyards provided a slice of heaven. The modern rooms with balconies offered breathtaking views of the rolling hills and lush vineyards. The complimentary port wine upon check-in and the small bottle of wine in the room were delightful touches. The winery tour and wine tasting were exceptional, showcasing the amazing wines they produce. The dinner with the wine pairing was a culinary delight. Even though I could only stay for one night, it was definitely one of the highlights of my Portugal road trip. I highly recommend this lovely Douro Valley stay.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were large and beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and a balcony that offered stunning views of the surrounding gardens. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel at home, especially João and Daniela. The food was excellent, and I highly recommend having dinner here, paired with their premium wines. The hotel also had great amenities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

Spent the new year at a beautiful vineyard with stunning views of the Douro valley. Loved the wine tour and the knowledgeable guide who explained the history and production of the wine. Also enjoyed the long hike through the vineyards with the picnic lunch backpack provided by the hotel. the pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

The fitness center was quite small and didn't offer a lot of options for exercise. the spa treatments were also a bit pricey for what they offered.
