What you should know

The location is fantastic,, just a few minutes from the metro and minutes from parks plus a wide breakfast selection.

Some staff members were unhelpful and facilities were showing their age, leading to frustration during our stay.

breakfast was served in a totally dismal underground area, which totally ruins the whole experience. plus, my bath plug was leaking the entire time. i asked for it to be fixed but i guess no one cares. i almost thought of giving a good review, but then they didn't even offer me a complimentary drink for my troubles. what a joke.

real palácio hotel was a fantastic stay for my family. the rooms were spacious and super clean. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help us. we loved the health club facilities, especially the sauna, after a long day out. plus, there were great restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a bite.

the only downside was the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during busy hours.

Had a great time with friends! The location is fantastic, close to the Metro and beautiful parks. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pasteis de Nata. We also visited Rock In Rio, a blast! Highly recommend checking out local restaurants for great food too.

One elevator was out of order during our stay, which made waiting a hassle at times.

It was just a great match for resting at all in Lisbon with excellent value for money. The staff were really professional and welcoming, making you feel at home right away. Consider skipping breakfast and try the nearby bakery for a better experience.

super comfy rooms, loved the big balcony and the clean space. breakfast was bomb, like tons of choices and even pastel de nata! the staff were really chill and helpful. The spa was a nice touch. the location's pretty sweet too, close to metro and parks, which was awesome for exploring.

but the elevator was kinda outta order and the breakfast area felt really crowded, which was a hassle sometimes.
