We stayed in a hotel located in a small village near to Panajachel and on the shore of Lake Atitlan. The location was great, with stunning views of the lake and the surrounding volcanoes. The hotel had a big pool, although it was a bit cold for our liking. However, there was also a smaller pool that had a jacuzzi and was slightly warmer, which was a nice alternative. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with big windows that provided a view of the beautiful scenery. The staff was kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

There were some noisy guests staying above our room who disturbed our sleep.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want to just lounge on the grounds and relax. It's right on the lake in a very quiet and picturesque village. The staff here really took care of us and made us feel well taken care of. The rooms are basic, but they face Lake Atitlan and the pool, which is beautiful. The breakfast here was far better than at other places I stayed at in Guatemala. It was a standard American breakfast, but the quality and variety of the food was excellent.

Great facilities, including a thermal pool, games room, and restaurant. Stunning views of the lake and volcanoes. Breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from, and everything tasted great. Coffee, juice, and oatmeal were included. A perfect start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Santa Catarina Palopo area, situated right on the shores of Lake Atitlan. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake from the hotel grounds. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, there was a charming little restaurant by the lake offering delicious local cuisine.

Me and my partner loved the breathtaking mountain views from our room at Villa Santa Catarina. The clean rooms and friendly service made our stay even better. The excellent breakfast and beautiful green areas made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy. Special mention to Antonio at the restaurant who ensured we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, just a few steps away from the town center and the lake.

Best aspects were the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for nature lovers. the hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the main street. One advantage that I enjoyed was being able to relax and enjoy the awesome view of the lake and volcanoes. Wi-Fi didn't work, which was a downside.

I had the most amazing view from my room at Villa Santa Catarina. The terrace overlooked the beautiful lake and it was so peaceful. The spacious room and attractive decor added to the overall experience. The hotel also had a large hot tub which was perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Welcoming and helpful staff, especially Sergio in the restaurant. Relaxing hot tub with a lovely setting. Fantastic room with the comfiest bed for a restful stay. Relaxing and safe environment for solo female travelers.

Great Easter experience with free chocolate eggs and rabbits and delicious breakfast served on a lovely outdoor terrace. the hotel is located right by the lake, offering stunning views and the opportunity to enjoy water sports. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the spa.

The rooms were a little dated with basic amenities and unreliable Wi-Fi. there was some noise from vendors outside the hotel.

The rooms with balconies offer a stunning view of the beautiful Lake Atitlan and the surrounding volcanoes. Additionally, the basic amenities provided, such as a balcony and breakfast with toast and coffee included, make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although not all aspects were perfect, overall this hotel exceeded expectations.
