The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a sun terrace and a garden area, perfect for relaxation. The lobby and sitting areas were large and comfortable, with one area even featuring a cozy fireplace and a bar. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very customer-driven. our stay at this venue was excellent and we highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the sanctuary and holy sites nearby.

It is perfectly located, just across from the main plaza and very close to the chapel of the apparition. It's the perfect place to stay when you're in town for a pilgrimage. The staff is phenomenal, and the service is impeccable. I appreciated the room amenities, including the air conditioning and soundproofed rooms, which made for a comfortable stay. The garden furniture outside was lovely, and the sun terrace provided a great place to relax after walking around all day.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

The location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance to the Fatima shrine. In fact, it's hard to be closer to the church than this hotel. I recently stayed at Hotel Santa Maria for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the Sanctuary and Basilica, making it convenient for sightseeing and souvenir shopping. The hotel felt clean and safe, and the room, especially the bathroom, was spacious. The breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff, particularly one lady who was always friendly and greeted us with a genuine smile, was incredibly accommodating. The Christmas eve dinner was also superb, adding to our enjoyable stay.

The Easter break was amazing! the location was perfect for what we had planned, and we were able to enjoy everything we wanted to see. I really appreciated the friendly staff, and they even offered us two complimentary services that made the stay feel much more luxurious. Another great aspect was the breakfast, which was delicious and had a lot of variety.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the elevator wait times were on the longer side, which was inconvenient.
