I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The parking was convenient, and the location was perfect. Being close to the Assembly of God church and attractions like Lassen Vulcanic park and Burney Falls state park made it easy to explore the area. Plus, there were nice parks nearby. The breakfast offered delicious options, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We loved our stay at the Shasta Pines Motel & Suites in Burney! The room was much larger than expected and delightfully clean. The neighborhood was lovely and we enjoyed being able to easily walk around the town. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The water was hot with great pressure and the TV had plenty of channels. The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also had bug lights, which was a nice touch. We appreciated the close proximity to Burney Falls and Britton Lake. The spacious room had a huge closet and a nice-sized fridge, along with a table for eating or playing cards. The laundry room was clean and reasonably priced.

We felt very welcome at the Shasta Pines Motel & Suites and the staff was always willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was cozy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities like a fridge and microwave. The location was convenient, surrounded by stores and restaurants. The staff, especially Jimmy, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even allowed us to check in earlier. it was a great experience.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast options. It would have been nice to have more choices besides just a breakfast burrito.

I had a positive experience and would gladly stay here again.

The cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. There were instances where the cleanliness standards fell short, with dirty fridges, unvacuumed carpets, and moldy shower curtains.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The breakfast burritos in the morning were a great touch, especially since the front desk opened at 6AM. It's not easy to find hotels that offer breakfast so early, making it perfect for those of us who start our day before sunrise. The view of the Mountains in the back and the beautiful green lawn with all the birds in the front added to the serene atmosphere. And let's not forget about the pool and hot tub - they were fantastic! The hospitality of the staff was top notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
