We stayed at this hotel as part of a package tour and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location and well-maintained facilities. The garden and pool overlook the sea and Pico Island, providing a stunning backdrop. The room was comfortable and had a lovely sea view. The hotel appeared modern and clean, with friendly staff. Breakfast offered a nice selection of ham, cheese, fresh fruit, and cooked eggs. we had a nice stay at this hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated down at the harbour and just a short walk to the center of town. This allows for easy access to the car rental services and provides a convenient base for exploring the surrounding areas. Plus, the views from the rooms with balconies are absolutely stunning, overlooking Pico island.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

While the hotel has a good location and amenities, some aspects can be improved. the Wi-Fi signal is weak and only available in the lobby.
