I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for the money was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the shopping area within walking distance. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Lisbon for a few nights with some friends. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the metro station. The staff were superb, especially Filipe at the Panorama Bar who was friendly and attentive. The hotel offers excellent valet service for parking, and the food at the Panorama Bar and room service was delicious. The breakfast had plenty of choices and everything was very good. The rooms are modern and the view from the 19th floor was amazing. a fantastic hotel experience.

Other hotels on my trip were accommodating, but this hotel refused to make any adjustments, resulting in a significant financial loss for me. Additionally, I was put off by the attitude of some of the hotel staff, especially during check-in and in the lounge area.

We were amazed by the impeccable service at Sheraton. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One particular staff member, Paulo, made our birthday celebration truly special by personally recognizing and congratulating us. The guest relations team arranged thoughtful amenities in our room, including a delicious cake. The spa facilities, including the hamam, sauna, and jacuzzi, were perfect for a winter getaway. The breakfast spread was great, with even caviar on offer. The housekeeping team maintained our room to a high standard throughout our stay. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel. we can't recommend Sheraton enough for a fantastic stay in Lisbon.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, even giving us an upgrade and surprising us with champagne and a cake in our room. The service was fantastic and we couldn't stop telling everyone about it!

Bathtub soap dispenser difficult to access.

We booked the Dulux room for 3 people and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The staff quickly brought us an extra bed and rearranged the furniture to accommodate us. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the Picoas metro station, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The Panorama Bar offers fantastic views of the city, especially during sunset. The staff, particularly Filipe, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. a great hotel that we would definitely visit again, especially for low-budget travelers.
