We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by lush gardens and right near the Old Town. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service with a smile and good English skills. They were always keen to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool, spa & wellness center, and a variety of dining options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern facilities and a balcony or terrace to enjoy the view. the service and facilities at this place were of great quality and provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The location was perfect for exploring Hoi An and its surroundings. It was convenient to get a transportation from the airport and we could easily cycle to the old town or the nearest beach. However, we felt it was dangerous to walk around the nearby area due to the lack of pedestrian paths.

My Easter stay at this hotel was amazing! the best aspects were the friendly and attentive staff who made it their top priority to ensure we had a great time. the location is perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the main attractions. the breakfast had a great variety of food and it was always fresh, plus they offered a local welcome drink which was a nice touch.

Although we got a good deal, the quality of the massage was not consistent. One therapist was good but the other was not up to par.
