The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a great hairdryer. The Club Lounge was a perfect spot to relax with complimentary coffee and snacks. The location was convenient for walking to all the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Porto.

Great location, close to downtown attractions and metro station. the staff at the front desk and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful, providing detailed directions and recommendations for things to do in the city. the breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of food options and attentive staff.

The room temperature control was ineffective, despite the technician's attempt to fix it. the internet speed was extremely slow and the excuse given by the hotel's IT support was unsatisfactory.

We stayed in a hotel located in a very classy suburb, away from the metro station but in the Boavista area. The room was nice, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel had a clean and tidy atmosphere, and the glass elevators provided beautiful panoramic views.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a great swimming pool which was warmed, a nice spa, and a gym. The breakfast was top-notch, and we loved the restaurant. The hotel was also very clean and had modern and spacious rooms. The location was perfect for a quiet and good night's sleep.

We had a great experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, which were relaxing and well-maintained.

On the downside, we noticed that the rooms and general areas of the hotel were in need of renovation. the decor felt outdated and could use a fresh update.

Amazing stay at Sheraton! The hotel arranged a taxi transfer from the airport, which made our arrival hassle-free. We had a small issue with the room, but the staff efficiently resolved it. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely big bath and separate walk-in shower. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and the fresh fruit and juice were delicious. The hotel's location was convenient, with a metro station and HoHo bus stop within walking distance. Special thanks to Claudia for her friendly and helpful customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Porto.

The staff is excellent - extremely friendly and helpful, with fluent English. The full breakfast buffet is wonderful, with champagne for mimosas. Club lounge access is worth it for the nice views and snacks in the late afternoon/early evening. The building features interesting architecture. The restaurant offers a good choice of eating options and a selection of wines.

The bed was superking size and very comfortable, with quality bedding. The hotel had many lifts , making it easy to access my room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was really good. The hotel also had a fantastic spa, which I really enjoyed. The hotel's location was very accessible, as it was in a business district, making it quiet over the weekend period. It was also near a very big stadium. Additionally, the hotel was a short drive to the airport and moving around the city was cheap and convenient with Uber or taxis. The free WiFi was fast and reliable.
