Amazing location, helpful staff, clean rooms, beautiful view of the National Palace, comfortable amenities.

Almost perfect.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and respectful, always ready to help without being invasive. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and I felt extremely welcome. The location was unbeatable, right across from the National Palace of Sintra. It was truly breathtaking to have such a stunning view right outside my window. The room was perfect, with all the amenities I could ask for, including coffee and tea facilities and comfy robes. There was even a terrace at the end of the hall where I could enjoy a beautiful view and a glass of wine. The breakfast was delicious and the staff gave me great suggestions for food and sightseeing. this hotel was an absolute gem.

We had a memorable stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of all the action. We loved being just across from the Palace, enjoying the stunning views from our room. This place offers top-notch service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location. the staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Andres, in particular, provided excellent personal service and assistance throughout our visit. the room was beautiful with great views, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle and Tuk Tuk options for exploring the area.

From the incredibly friendly staff to the hotel's perfect location just across the road from the Palace, we had a fantastic stay. The staff went out of their way to help us, even walking a long way to bring our car to the hotel and moving it for us. The breakfast included delicious omelettes and the hotel provided great amenities. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and there were several great restaurants nearby.

The staff, particularly Bruno and Tony at the reception desk, provided exceptional service, offering valuable recommendations for parking, sightseeing. The comfortable beds, complimentary beverages in the room, and delicious breakfast added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The manager, Andre Sabino, was extremely professional and accommodating, making my experience even more memorable. This is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time.

The hotel was centrally located, with many tourist sights, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a modern bathroom and a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. it was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful town, with everything we needed within reach.

That the free minibar was not replenished daily, but it was a minor inconvenience.

I enjoyed a memorable evening with Luis and Pedro, the proprietors of the affiliated wine shop, who treated me to a wine tasting and a delightful dinner. The location was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel offered little extra touches that made my stay special. Highly recommended!
