the room was amazing, with a comfortable bed, a couch, and a little balcony with a calming view. the staff were extremely helpful and polite, providing advice on where to go in the city and even ordering our airport taxi. the breakfast was the best continental I've had, with a wide variety of options. the location was perfect, right next to Eduardo Park and with easy access to the city center by walking or taking the nearby metro. I also highly recommend the hop-on hop-off bus and boat tour offered by the hotel. a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with clean rooms and a helpful staff. The suite upgrade was a pleasant surprise, providing a separate work space for my business needs. The location was convenient, just a short Uber ride from the city center. Despite some noise from planes flying over, the rooms were well soundproofed. I would recommend this hotel for a good value stay.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center and close to everything you need. It is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Guests have praised the spacious and nicely decorated rooms, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. The Christmas decorations were very festive and added a lot of holiday cheer to the atmosphere. the staff were very accommodating and offered complimentary hot cocoa and cookies which was a nice touch. the location was excellent as it was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Plus, the view from the room was breathtaking.

The room was not as clean as expected and there were stains on the sheets and carpet. the heating system was also not working properly which made the room uncomfortably cold during the night.
