My recent stay at Sl Hotel Santa Luzia was wonderful. I stayed for two nights on a leisure trip. The hotel's friendly and informative receptionist made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel, which used to be a Pousada, is well-appointed and not too big. The decor, although from a certain era, is lovely and well-maintained. My room, one of the smaller ones with a balcony, was spacious and had great facilities, including a big, comfy bed. The restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price, and the waiter provided excellent service. The hotel also has a good bar and a lovely outdoor seating area by the pool. Finally, the hotel's excellent location, just a short walk from the city wall and town centre, made it convenient for exploring the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and available 24/7. The hotel has a charming 40's and 50's decor that gives it a unique touch. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable 2x2m beds. The breakfast was nice and satisfying. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the historic center and situated in a residential area on one side of the city. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool area that was inviting. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I couldn't be happier with my stay.

The hotel is very well located, right outside the city so one can leave the car in its parking and walk into town. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful. The pool is a good place to spend the very warm summer afternoons. The view of the historic town from the room and balcony was wonderful, even with the busy road in front which did not disturb our sleep. The restaurant offers a great choice for dinner at very reasonable prices. The breakfast selection was extensive with unlimited freshly scrambled eggs set us up for the day until dinner time. We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. The location, just outside the city walls, was perfect for exploring the restaurants and cultural attractions of the area. The room was spacious and attractively decorated, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a lovely pool and gardens. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to cater to our requests. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and the option to order eggs and omelettes cooked to order. our experience here was fantastic and we hope to return in the future.

The hotel is a little past its prime and lacks an elevator, which could make it difficult to carry large or heavy bags to the rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and they even brought the food to me. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect as it was just outside the city walls and within easy walking distance to the city center. The hotel had great facilities including a tennis court, which was a great bonus.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. the room we stayed in had a beautiful traditional Portuguese decor and a very comfortable bed. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool and calm. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide range of delicious options, including fresh fruit and bread.

One downside of our stay was that the walls were not soundproof, which made it difficult to fall asleep as we could hear the guest in the next room snoring and the dog downstairs barking all night. Another negative aspect was the lack of an elevator, which was inconvenient for travelers with disabilities or heavy luggage.

The value for money was great, the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the town on foot. The staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness.

The morning meal could have been improved with better organization and refrigeration of the food.

Recently stayed at a hotel just a short walk away from Elvas. The hotel had a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere, providing all the amenities I needed. The restaurant served delicious meals and the pool area was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.
