I recently stayed at a guest house just outside of town and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-stocked coffee/tea area to the little toiletries in the en suite shower room. The staff were welcoming and the service was top-notch. One highlight was the amazing breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including delicious poached eggs. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The mini fridge in the wardrobe was a great idea, especially during the warm weather.- The location of the hotel was perfect, with the train station and the beach both within walking distance.- The breakfast provided was delicious and enjoyable.

The window in our room was broken, and despite our efforts to close it, it kept opening due to the heavy wind, making the room cold. The greeting we received when we arrived was not very welcoming, and the host seemed annoyed that we were late.

This hotel in Barry was a perfect place, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was amazing, brought to us in bed. The rooms were a great size, very clean, and had everything you would need. The location was excellent for Barry's seafront, and the hotel had a cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We can't wait to go back!

The views from our window were less than desirable, but it really wasn't a big deal.

I recently stayed at Gail's Guest House for a weekend filming trip and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The private bathroom had an amazing shower! The breakfast was delicious, with perfectly poached eggs and great toast. All of this was offered at a very reasonable price, making Gail's Guest House excellent value for money. I will definitely be staying here again!

Recently went on a city break and enjoyed my stay at this cozy and comfortable guesthouse. The warm welcome given by the staff was great. The location of the place is very convenient as the train station and beach are both a short walk away. The room was excellent with a lovely ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the fan in the room was a nice touch as it was very warm during my stay. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of great options to choose from.

There weren't any negative aspects to my stay at this guesthouse. Only thing to keep in mind is that the location is on a steep hill, which may not be suitable for everyone.
