Everything suited us, from the recycled Port wine box catch-all to the towel and hook for hanging it. The large lockers in the dorm rooms provided secure luggage storage, and there were enough plugs for multiple devices. The onsite laundry was convenient, and the self-serve breakfast got our day started. The front desk attendant was always helpful, and the location was an easy walk to the Metro station.
