Our room was beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and the jacuzzi was a lovely addition. The breakfast hamper was tasty and filling. Although the location was difficult to find, it was in a cool area of town. we enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel.

Our room at Solar Antigo was absolutely stunning, exceeding all of our expectations. The spaciousness, cleanliness, and unexpected comforts made our stay truly memorable. The jacuzzi was a delightful surprise and the shower was fantastic. We had a top floor room with a stunning view. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, even offering us welcome treats and drinks. The breakfast, served in our room, was abundant and meticulously prepared. We felt truly pampered and cared for during our stay. The location, at the top of the historical center, was perfect as it allowed us to be close to main attractions and enjoy a privileged view. The staff was helpful and always available, making our stay even more enjoyable. we didn't want to leave!

Finding the hotel by car was challenging, even with GPS. The narrow streets and lack of nearby parking made it difficult to unload our luggage.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to all the attractions and the university. The rooms are stunning, with elegant decor and comfortable beds. The staff is exceptionally friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is delicious and served in the room. The hotel also offers free parking close by, making it convenient for guests.

The signage in the area could be improved, making it slightly difficult to find the hotel at first.

The location near the historical centre is perfect for exploring the city. The funicular close to the property makes it easy to access the shops and river. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. The breakfast delivered to the room was a great convenience. The welcome drinks and cake on arrival, as well as the complimentary water and beer in the room, were a nice touch. As a solo traveler, I felt well taken care of and would definitely stay again.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to many landmarks. Visitors can easily explore the historic city center and see the university, which is only a few minutes away. Guests will be delighted with the cozy and well-decorated rooms, though they might be tight. Bathrooms are quite cramped, but the showers are alright. The breakfast basket delivered to the room is always a pleasant touch.

Finding the entrance to the hotel can be quite difficult due to the narrow, winding streets leading up to the property.

The location was perfect for exploring Alto Coimbra and the lower town, thanks to the elevator nearby. The staff, especially Catarina, were exceptional and made us feel like we were staying in a home away from home. The breakfast basket delivered to our room exceeded our expectations.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, even upgrading me to a better room. the location was perfect, close to the university and within walking distance of everything. Another advantage was the fully equipped living room area on each floor, which provided a nice space to relax and unwind.

The rooms were tiny and lacked some of the advertised amenities, such as a desk and tea-making facilities. It was also uncomfortable to have the door open directly to the reception area.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and generous. The location was excellent, close to the University of Coimbra and the boulevard. We also appreciated the free parking and the fact that it was close to the city centre. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

The location offers beautiful views and the staff provide efficient service. Rooms may be small and beds are hard, but amenities like a bed topper can be provided. The opulent finish and decor in the hotel are visually impressive. The hotel manager, Katia, is extremely helpful and has a great attitude. A welcome drink of champagne or juice and homemade cake is offered. The jacuzzi provides a relaxing experience and the breakfast brought to your door is generous.

The location of this hotel was great, situated in a charming little street and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. the breakfast, which was delivered straight to our room, was a lovely touch and included a good selection of food and drinks. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary toiletries and well-stocked kitchenette.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, with very little space to move around. Taller or larger guests may struggle with the limited space in the bathroom area, which was tiny and difficult to navigate.

This hotel is located in the centre of the historical part of the city on a small narrow street at the top of the hill! The service here is absolutely fantastic, from the staff to basic amenities! The rooms come with the best view on the top floor, with a tiny but perfect bathroom creatively configured into the space, along with a hot tub!
