We stayed in a cozy 2 bedroom apartment close to the River. the place was beautifully lit up and welcoming upon our arrival, complete with a lovely little welcome package. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Despite being told there would only be cleaning every 3 days, the cleaning staff came every day, ensuring a spotless and comfortable stay. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the port area, making it convenient for boat trips, restaurants, and crossing the bridge to the Gaia region. the staff, especially Filipa who checked us in, were friendly and attentive. Filipa even surprised us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate New Year's.

Essential items were missing in the apartment, such as soap, shampoo, and dishwashing liquid. the noise from the restaurant below kept us awake until the early hours of the morning.

We had a great time staying at the apartments. The location was fantastic, right near the ferry terminal and in the bustling Ribeira square. The apartment itself was clean and well-designed, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the cleaning service provided clean towels every few days. The staff was helpful, taking away the garbage and providing fresh towels while we were out. we were delighted with the location and the interior design of the apartment.

One drawback was the difficulty we had in checking in. The directions to find the office were not clear, which made it frustrating to locate.
